Kate Bush is wonderful inspiration ♥  Charles has such a hard face to draw, originally almost scrapped this as I thought it was so awkward and I had messed it up facially, not enough emotion there. Though I need to draw a follow up to this of forgiveness and reconciliations, that will hold more emotions. Had to put their radar dish in there XD

I really want to change my style....

The best fanart I have seen in this fandom. I love it, I love the softness of them, the red and gold colour palette (except for little accents like Charles' blue scarf and eyes, the blue light source in the second one), and the soft backgrounds that fade away.

Also because I'm weird....basically all of Erik's clothing in the second piece. I love how his coat billows and the line of his trousers. And his facial expression. Heartbreaking! Also....Charles is wearing paisley in both pieces. ♥

Aww thank you for such a sweet comment. The art in this fandom is so amazing, it really inspires my own ♥ I used to be so scared of colour, but lately found it can show more feeling than lines even.(Charles eyes are too amazing to pass up giving him that scarf, he knows he looks good :D)

Ah, not weird at all hun, I'm a huge lover of costumes and clothing and choose what to put them in very carefully. Sort of made he coat red-ish too to match the Magneto persona. Love the 60's for having such amazing prints XD
