Sorry, I'm spamming with art again. Because of my computer problems I've been really bored, I draw a lot when bored.

Kate Bush is wonderful inspiration ♥ Charles has such a hard face to draw, originally almost scrapped this as I thought it was so awkward and I had messed it up facially, not enough emotion there. Though I need to draw a follow up to this of forgiveness and reconciliations, that will hold more emotions. Had to put their radar dish in there XD

I really want to change my style....

Oh wow these are stunning! I love the colors and the men's faces. I think you captured them perfectly! Love the details, too, like the pattern of their scarves and the leaves blowing past them in both pictures. Awesome work!!

It is, it's how I felt all through the movie. I think they stole away with my heart and forgot to give it back XD

Both of these are gorgeous, but I'm not actually sure I can deal with the second one. Especially with those lyrics. OH MY HEART. There needs to be accompanying fic YESTERDAY. *claws at face in delight*

Both of these are beautiful. Gorgeous color schemes, especially. Erik looks great. Charles seems like a very difficult likeness to capture, but he looks right in both these pictures, and your depiction of him face-on in the first image is exceptional. I also love the metal sculpture and the bare tree in the background of the first one, and Erik's subtly expressive body language in the second.

Thank you for this lovely comment ♥ I really wanted to capture all the colours of Autumn in these. Charles can be a nightmare to draw, James has such an expressive face which help relive that somewhat.

These are lovely, especially the colors. I am truly struck by the drastic change of facial expression on Erik from one picture to the other.

Wow this is completely breath taking!! Amazing, beautiful art!! I love how you drew them and I especially love the second one, I just long to see Erik dealing with the aftermath, seeing Charles in the wheelchair for the first time and I really like how Erik's expression is so pained while Charles' is so much more tender and fond! And the metal bird in the first one is simple perfection!! Thank you so much for sharing these!

Thank you so, so much XD Part of me really hopes we see such a scene on the next movie, there really needs to be some sort of follow up to what Erik did. I feel with Charles having the kids around, it helps him get over the grief of what happened to him, and he can move on without anger. I'm glad I get to share them with wonderful fans :D

So, so gorgeous and I am entirely not surprised you're getting rave reviews on this :D Love how on both pictures Charles' gaze is the strongest and his expression the most compelling, even though the whole perspective has changed from the first to second to favour Erik more. You've handled the transition well, and there's so much in these paintings (?) that you could spin so much writing out of this...

How long did it take you, by the way? It looks like a lot of work!

Have to admit I was VERY surprised, never expected to wake up to so many amazing and lovely comments ♥ Charles to me is always the one to show much stronger emotions so he became my focus for them. Erik's subtler, though his eyes are often always on Charles too in the movie. The last was Eriks moment to show an emotion he'd probably try to hide. I hope they really inspire people to create more stories ♥

Hard to say as I drew them in spurts over a few days. I think about 6 hours each or a bit more, i'm usually really slow to draw (terrible at time keeping XD)

This is absolutely gorgeous. Just...phenomenal. I don't know whether I'm more drawn to the scenery or the subtlety in their expressions. So much love. ♥
