Things that cheer me up - Star Trek edition

Star Trek fandom is just so funny and friendly I thought I share things that put a big smile on my mardy face lately. Even if you don't like this fandom they are worth looking at.

ART:
1. This web comic is full of cute chibis and is made of lots of WIN! Jealous Bones has me rolling and it's just too adorable. And talking of chibis this art meme is just as awesome. I need to draw this next, busy busy!!!!!!

2. The Misadventures of Jeffry the Tribble by J Badgr is just too cute (I gave her the title, YAY!!)

3. Putting this amazing artist here because she blows my mind. Her Star Trek and Transformers art makes me roll in envy, I would die happy to be that good.

4. All of turntap2  gallery is pure love.

And Fic recs because daym there are some amazing stories being written. I love too many so I'll keep it very short, go here to check out more Kirk/McCoy you won't be disappointed. Yeah they're my fave ship as if you couldn't tell ^^

Two Men & a Motorbike series - Kirk/McCoy Amazingly written epic and still going. Hottest fic I've read in a while.

I'm Just a Jealous Guy - Kirk/McCoy  "Leonard McCoy is thirty-one and he’s too fucking old to be anybody’s jealous boyfriend." Absolutely perfect Bones voice, perfect Kirk, perfect them-together.

Sealed by a fragile touch - Kirk/McCoy “He’s not leaving Bones behind on some godforsaken desert planet with nothing but the dead for company.” Really sweet fic.

The One With Romulan Ale, Kirk/McCoy in which Jim and Bones go to LA and get drunk among other things. Now a series.

Since we're now officially friends and all - I feel free to bug you about ST. May I? ;)
Do you have know any good fics including hurt!Kirk and the team (Bones and Spock in particular) being really protective of him? Kirk being really protective of his crew is a major plus, too. ;)
Please ignore me if I'm annoying. ^^*

And if you need any recs, feel free to ask! I love to share - but I haven't read that many ST-fics yet. ^^

Hey of course you can bother me, in fact I love it :D

Haven’t come across too many hurt Kirk which is a crying shame as they’re should be more, but I do have a few links to share. This site (the stories by Sahsheer) (http://www.sttos.net/sttos/eng/fiction.php#utruths) has TOS fics but almost everyone written has hurt Kirk or the others getting treated quite meanly and any of the OT3 showing such amazing friendship and comfort. Very long stories but really good, recs are "The Tie That Binds", "End Game", "Betrayed" and "Unspoken Truths.

Some K/Mc H/C I’ve stumbled on that’s quite good are:-

And I would LOVE some Sam/Dean fics, I lurk a lot in the Supernatural coms but sometimes I lose track of the huge amount of fic and miss out on a lot of fine stories.

There are some picspams and vids too, but mostly it's fics. Bones/Kirk, Spock/Kirk or Spock/Uhura.

@Spn: What do you prefer to read? =) I have wincest, gen and J2-recs and some het, too (mostly with Jess, because I adore Jess). I know unhealthy amounts of hurt!Dean/Jensen-fics. *coughs* but some hurt!Sam, too. ^^

It is worth reading some TOS fics as honestly the reboot kept a lot of what made the TOS characters so awesome, McCoy’s bitching/caring, him and Spock having their little arguments (so funny) and Jims habit of getting himself in trouble. So it's really easy to just imagine it's the new crew as well. There should be more bonding fics though as it's so beautiful to read anything to do with their friendship. I'm really fond of Spock and Bones being at odds with one another ^_^

Oh and thanks for showing me all those recs, I'll have a field day going through all those ♥

I'm all for unhealthy amounts of either Dean or Sam hurt fics ^_~ And I do love both wincest, gen and het, I’m not too fussy so if you think are great I'm sure I'll love them.

YAY! I'm so glad to hear that, most people won't give it a chance because it's old and looks cheesy but then they miss out on the fact it's just so much fun <3

Can't wait to know what you think when you watch more, seriously it made me fall in love with Bones/Kirk/Spock so bad when I was little. Spock and McCoys bitching over Kirk anything is brilliant ^_^
