Oh it does ♥ Some old fans are moaning but I think it's awesome those who missed out on the original will now be able to see the characters in a new light, who can't love Spock. I'm so happy Simon Pegg is playing Scotty XD

I want to see it too. And I feel extremely sheep-like for it because unlike you, I don´t really like Star Trek. XD So I don´t even know why. But I´m such a sucker for new adaptations of old canons! I hope Sylar, Mr. Abrams and the rest won´t disappoint!

Mr Abrams is such a fanboy so I'm sure it'll be awesome and they have some great actors, Simon Pegg should be a hoot. Man it's going to be so hard to envision Spock without the whole brain eating thing Sylar has X_X The Vulcan death grip will have a whole new meaning to me now XD

I could just never really get into Sci-Fi. ^^* I watched a good deal of Star Trek and ST:NG and I liked it, but I never became a fan. (And who can ever get over how ridiculous William Shatner is? All I can think is Zap Brannigan! XD)

But yes, the casting looks SO GREAT. The fact that Simon Pegg is even in it is win, and Zachary Quinto makes such a dashing Spock, even though I really hate Sylar lately. But yes, let´s hope he can actually break out of his psychotic killer-routine!

So true and you can add Eric Bana and Karl Urban to that list ♥ Couldn't belive how awesome Zachary looked he, he'll be remembered for Spock from now on than Sylar that's for sure.

I’m glad Zachary Quinto gets to play other roles because I really, really, really LOATHE Sylar. It’ll be nice seeing him as Spock, though I’ve never been a fan of Star Trek.

I guess people like their villans and he was a good villain in the early seasons.

I really need to catch up more on season 3, just been put off from all the negative things I hear lately, kinda scared to go on.

I adored him! S1!Sylar and S2!Sylar were awesome. I have a thing for villains that end up being the good guys, but I loved that he was not redeemable, like Dexter. Hell, if they had written a consistent plot, I would have even bought his redemption. Season three has destroyed him. It has cut him into little pieces and has thrown them to the dogs.
