loobeeHi back from my friends in a great mood and very hyper X_X
Saw the Watchmen and it was A-mazing!!! Seriously the characters were portrayed wonderfully, especially Rorschach, Doctor Manhattan (so very, very nekid, got a few laughs from the audience) and Ozymandias. Can seriously see a lot of people RP-ing those guys (I want to). It was long and my bum went to sleep but they did justice to the comics, the beginning is NOT to be missed for telling the tale of the Minute men. AND the soundtrack is to die for. I want to watch it again ;_;
Was a great lazy weekend just looking round shops and chatting, I missed Lou so much. Been discussing what to do for her hen night and it’s going to be so much fun as were all off to London to catch a show then go to a Roller Disco, thankfully one month before the wedding so bruises will have healed. But we’re all going to dress up 70’s style which should have some hilarious outcomes ^^
Only down side to the whole weekend was my train breaking down when coming home, thank god for my mp3 player as waiting an hour in the middle of Yorkshire waiting for the line to be fixed was torture ;_;
Oh Ciara expect a parcel soon complete with non scoffed chocolate and other things ^_~

on 2009-03-12 01:45 pm (UTC)Though I do want to chat about things I’m on my best behaviour till people have seen it as I so don’t want to spoil it for you. I’m glad I enjoyed it as most people are being such killjoys and hating on it, not everything can be like the comics as directors and comic writers have different views and things change but my fave characters came out so well so I’m happy. I guess I’m a rare comic fan who likes seeing the stuff she grew up on come to life XD Ah I'm still spazing about it.

Oh it’s so ON! I’m even sorting out my costume right now, shorts socks and 70’s style T-shirt bb ^^ Not to mention extra padding as I haven’t roller skated since I was 14 X_X
