Sometime I like to torture myself by looking for fic at Fanfiction.net. You know suffering the horrors of self insert or Mary sue or just wading through the amount of dreck just to find that one shining star. Well today I found a story that made me tear up and god knows I don’t cry easily (unless it’s watching Watership Down like the child I am)

It’s Near centric and really is quite beautiful. Set at the end of the series and has Near wondering the mystery of L’s bells and final goodbyes.
