Only scary thing is I have to write a small piece on me, my drawing, what she means in 250 words. I don’t think ‘I’m Lucy and I draw’ will cut it XD  They asked for this write about yourself, your inspiration, your experience with drawing, and explain some of the motifs and design ideas you've incorporated into your piece to help our readers understand how the character was developed?

And I wrote this do you think that’s okay? Or is it too rambly and vauge. Feel free to beta it as I suck at writing ^_^

I’ve always drawn even since I was a young and defaced my mum’s walls with my crayons. It wasn’t till the late 80’s I discovered what anime was, growing up with bad cartoons and computer games it was always something that stood out from the norm and I embraced it. I fell in love with Astro Boy, Mysterious Cities of Gold, Thunder Cats and many others. I’m probably really showing my age now. Though back then and maybe still now I always drew for fun. I’ve been to University and done the art school thing and even though I’ve worked as a graphic designer it’s always my love of manga and its dynamic style that has me drawing it as a hobby. I would like to draw it professionally one day, like we all do I suppose but for now I’m having fun with it.

Reiko’s design came about from my love of old Sci-fi B movies, I wanted to come up with a clumsy retro space girl who’s costume reflects all the cheesy ideas of that era of films and really makes no sense from a ‘would it work?’ point of view. She also may look cute and innocent but the idea behind her is for her to be a Lara Croft of the future, exploring old planets and artefacts from alien races, only this time she’s so bad at it she ends up destroying what she touches.

Ahh, I'm pretty good, yeah. c: I had a very nice day yesterday, actually. And I haven't killed the pervy boy yet, but I've been avoiding him like the plague. Ugh, it's weird; I start leaving the house more often and am suddenly getting all kinds of weird attention. Yesterday, a twenty year old took a shot at wooing me, because he thought I was seventeen. ;; Apparently I'm jailbait now...? But he wasn't a creep, otherwise. X3

That's great to hear. I'm glad the guy wasn't a weirdo unlike Mr leg toucher(creepy)I find it funny when people can't get ages right. I get the opposite and have really young guys chatting me up. I just think 'urm' and silently go hide XD

Haha, I'm glad, too. Leg Fetish Boy's just... x.x I actually brought it up with my grandma, finally, and she was not pleased about that. So.
Awww, haha, that's kinda adorable. >w< ♥ Yeah, I guess people think I'm older than I am partially because I'm taller than a lot of girls my age... I dunno. It can make for funny situations, I guess, though; the guy who was flirting with me later asked my age and then said to my friend, "Why didn't you warn me she was so young? I could've gotten in trouble for that!" I couldn't help but giggle.
