Very tired today but I have art to share ^_^ *sleeps on keys*

Somehow I managed to finish off 3 pictures while I was ill, and I wonder why I could still snooze for a week. HUGE pictures under here so beware.



I read Hero Today  by saintdogstreet  and loved Barista Arthur and his huge crush on Eames, both who just happen to be kick ass superheroes on the side. My love of comic books took off with me and I had to draw something for it.


I swear my likenesses are getting worst D: I had fun getting carried away with this style though. 

Also, because I was on a comic style role I knocked this up.


Eames as always has to be a suave git and I would like to apologise to Arthur for making such a gorgeous guy into such a gloomy so and so, but I figured there was no way he was getting nicked without a fight. I'M SO SORRY!!!! (I’ll make it up to him the next time I draw, I promise)

Urm talking of fights, anything happening here I blame on drawing this when I was really ill and being doped up on medicine, my mind goes to very strange places.



Partly the idea was of a younger Eames and Arthur getting into a bit of a scrap (which is why Eames is skinnier and Arthur is meant to look young (baby faced assassin) but I’m finding poor Joe so hard to draw lately, he looks absolutely demented here ;_;) Also I partly blame this on the amount of fics that has them fighting or the fact I wanted to draw Eames back X_X

I'm off to draw something sad and pretty to make up for being a bit daft  XD

OMFG, you're kidding, right? Arthur looks BRILLIANT in that last pic! He looks perfectly smug and adorable and absolutely satisfied that he goaded Eames into exactly the position he wanted and UNF UNF UNF. And the tattoos and marks and scars and... IS THAT A KNIFE?

Oh wow thank you, I think I must be blind to seeing if things look fine or not :D I realised watching Mystic skin again that I missed out on some JGL adorable dimples. Oh yes, Arthur's stolen it out of Eames' sheath ;) (and god that sounds dodgier than I meant lol) You don't say something like that to Arthur and think you're going to be safe, even with the handcuffs XD

Going to have to echo the sentiment above, Arthur's face especially in that last one is so perfect. It was the first thing I thought to myself when I saw that one - his expression is just a wonderful mix of fond/smug/plotting and just damn I love it so much.

All of these are really fabulous. I love the comic book feel to the first one and their expressions in the mug shots just really wonderfully done. Seriously man, I love all of this a ridiculous amount.

I have to say I'm so happy you and everyone likes Arthur's face, Joe has a very unique face but I find it so hard to draw because it changes so much (I was seriously head desking drawing that). I adore that peoples stories Eames can get the best expressions out of Arthur, so I like to show that too in my art. His face when Eames gets out his grenade launcher is wonderful lol

In the first one, I especially like the background. I really did illustrative styles like that. :')

Something I noticed - your heads seem a little big at times? Maybe that's why some pictures look weird to me. (+ the always sagging shoulders and big hands but yeah.)

When you have someone like JGL to draw from you can't help but be expressive ;) I wasn't sure what expression to give arthur in the last one but i think the smug look helps build that tension(Eames probably took one look at how youthful Arthur was and dismissed him, the silly man XD) It's definitely spured me onto draw more pics like it because normally I suck at drawing hotness XD
