Another year older, but not wiser ^_^

Today is my birthday and I feel so old ^_^

It’s been pretty nice as I got to hang with my sister and went on a shopping spree to rid myself of my Birthday cash, bought expensive jeans and nothing else as I fail at fitting into clothes. These are three of the things I was given by my family that I love very much, please ignore my vomit inducing bed cover. 

A very adorable panda bag and the things I’ve been waiting for, two adorable Near, Mello and L doujinshi’s!!!!!!!

 They are utterly lovely and I recommend them to anyone. The Boy Who is quite sad (from what I can understand, my Japanese is poo)  and beautifully drawn. It has a cute scene where Near zones out during sex and Mello has to slap him to get him to wake back up. I really wish I could understand it better. And I can’t forget Angelic Reed by Balgus Rec as once again Sabi shows she is one of the more intelligent mangaka’s. Don’t read further if you don’t want spoilers

It’s just great as L tests Near with cryptograms to try and work out who he really is (he calls himself Ryuzaki to begin with) He also gives Near his trademark white shirt as a present for solving them. Oh then the end is just beautiful after L’s death Near goes out to the playground and writes L a message in his special cryptograph language, it reads:

Dear L

I shall solve this puzzle at the risk of my life

From Near

*cries and loves Near times infinity* 

Of course it has Mello and Near rivalry too as you can never forget that.

So from that it’s been a nice day.

Only downside is my best friend has failed to even send me a text saying Happy birthday let alone a card, but I’ll ignore that one upset *pouts*

But I don't care bcause tommorrow I get CAKE!!!

I nearly spelt that wrong *laughs*

It’s been fun, last year was awful but it fell on the dreaded Friday the 13th so expected that ^_^

I’m hoping for coffee (yum coffee) or strawberry. I have never heard of Red velvet cake, what is that?

I forgive my friend a little though as she’s just bought a house so will be stressed out and probably did forget.

Well...red velvet cake is sort of like chocolate cake only much richer and sweeter. It's heavenly. I don't think they have the cake much other than in the southern U.S.

It's so tasty though!

I've not had a good strawberry cake in years. It makes me want some. *nod nod*

That looks so good, may have to try and make it myself sometime. It's hard to get strawberry cake that has actual strawberry's but when you do it's lovely.
