Due to needing extra monies I’ve been thinking of starting commissions, do you guys reckon I would have a good chance of flogging my art? I know I’m not amazing and my art is a tad boring and I’m slow X_X But as fellow fandom fans and if you’ve bought commissions from others before I’d just like to pick your brains and see if you think it’s a good idea.

Erm and as I’m talking about art here’s some doodles I did on my hiatus.

Jason Todd from the Batman comics, the 2nd bad boy Robin and the one who was voted on to die a horrible death ;_; Drawn here in his not so dead Red Hood persona. Daym I'm lazy on doing backgrounds, one day they wont be rough lines in the back ground but actual city scapes. Wanted to see if I could still do comic book style art....

...and the bad anatomy in this says no I can't draw them ;_; Aww Robin 2 has such little panties *snort* I love messing about and changing my style which is probably why my art isn't popular as you can never tell it's by me X_X I guess it's because I have so many loves I want to reflect that in my art.So do I want to be the western comic artist or the mangaka???? In my world both. 

I have more but yet to get my scanner working. So better as I have a melloy birthday pic to finish X_X

I'm so tired but can't sleep *sigh*

And thank you (///) I wasn't sure if I had any stand out features that said 'oh Lucy drew that' but it's nice to know you think I do. Glad you like Asline, if we ever meet in PW I could be tempted to draw your character.

I have the perfect book i should try. A friend lent it to me and I couldn't get past the first chapter it was that dull. And I hope to a little stuffed up and my throat hurts but I'm keeping myself busy.

I don´t see why you shouldn´t be able to sell commissions! You´re talented, and your birthday gifts are always wonderful. *_* Granted, you can NEVER tell how a comission business will take off (because most fans are always broke ^^*), but I would definitely give it a shot!

Yeah I think everyone is poor lately but I may try, I think I'll price them decently as it's just something I find fun to do when I'm not being lazy. Though it'll have to be from strangers as when it comes to my friends I do them for free XD

What if a friend wanted to commission you to support you and your art, would that be ok? =D Because I totally would. Only I´d have to wait until I have like, um, MONEY again, too. XD

Man, I think fandom friends and online geeks are notoriously bad with money most of the time. On the plus side - if they have money, they´re most likely to spend it on geeky stuff like good fanatrt, so yeah. ^^

Also shush, I actually think that your portrait looks quite like you do in photos, so the cane is not needed yet. Unless you wanna do House!Lucy ;D

Weeeeellllll no, if a friend wanted to pay I couldn’t really say no to pretty cash (///) but I’d put the price down for sure and works so very hard on it XD

And yeah us fandom folk are horrible with cash, I mean do we really need that pretty merchandise, noooooooo but our soul depends on it XD
