This is very sweet!!! (TwT) I love Near's expression, and how detailed the background is. The text is beautiful, too!! I see that Near keeps Mello's photo always with him. It's touching and sad at the same time, because Near's all alone, yet in a sense it feels he isn't-- he's full of everything Mello gave him, like his words.

Ah you got it exactly ♥ That despite being a lonely boy Near will always carry a part of the one person he saw as his equal and other half, the only one he lets into his heart. I wanted to have Mello be the one that gave the photo to Near in this picture as a reminder of the fact he will be always be there trying to best him and be there watching him until he claims it back.
