Golden Compass

 

Just seen the new trailer for the Golden Compass it’s looking very good indeed so I have my fingers crossed they get it at least right.

I loved the books from the moment I read them as they were children’s books with heart and mind, and what a mind Mr Pullman has. They were written with the reasoning that children are not fools and can visualise complex worlds and feats and in this can be enjoyed by not just young but old alike.

And talking about books. Yes Amazon.co.uk I’m talking about you, you said you had dispatched my manga a week ago. So young man where the hell are they? I demand my reading material.

Also why is it you get all your drawing pencils out only for your brain to die spectacularly? :P

I'm in love with Tirol's young Near and Mello having to look after him, so I just had to bid on it as I have Little ENTREATY and he's just too adorable in that. Now I'll have  to find something else to bid on as shipping the one book to England is a bit of an expensive waste. Oh I love doujinshis, i'll have to see if there is any good MelloxNear to buy.
