I think I may be coming down with something as I feel dreadful, it's not fair as I have so much to do. But if I do have to go curl up in bed at least I found out today that we have 2 Anime channels on digital so I have some good telly to watch. And another plus, Tsubasa is finally getting a release in the UK and comes in a lovely box set; I have one birthday present for my list now. Yeah I'm getting it in early as my family forget (^_^)

Got a lovely surprise in the post the other day as the Inland rev gave me some tax back, all £500 of it *(^O^)* I may treat myself or save it but most of all I really want to put it toward this http://www.japanjourneys.co.uk/manga.htm. Alas there are two things stopping me from going, the first is I have yet to hear whether I got the jobs I went for interviews with, so that means no more money to save. The other was I want my best mate to come with me but she's off on safari in November so won’t be able to afford it either. It’s a shame really as those tours are such good fun as I had a friend who went on one and said it was a blast. But even if I got the cash I'm very wary of travelling on my own and sharing a room with a stranger. Ah well there’s always next year.

On a fun note apparently Japanese tourists to the UK have been bulk buying tea towels. For some reason they find the fact we dry our crockery with them quite eccentric *smiles*
