I’ve been a bit quiet lately, this is due to my old fart of a computer being on its last legs. Doing art is a lesson in patience, and my god let’s not mention how much it won’t load anything without being crash central. I miss everyone I cannot gossip with because of it D: Hell I miss everyone any way D:

If you couldn’t guess I am getting into X-men fandom again (I say again, as like Star Trek, X-men is an old fandom I’m revisiting in a new package XD) Contrary to popular belief this doesn’t mean I’m suddenly going to ignore Arthur and Eames, been with them for a year now, just being terribly audacious and flirting between two pairings I love now. If I can beat my art block I should be doing more E/A with the lovely withlightning for ae_match  ♥

Seeing McAvoy talking about the  bromance between Xavier and Erik Lensherr, really hit to why I like this paring and that man ♥

It’s kind of a love story, like “Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid,” which, really, was a love story between two men. This is the first time in their lives they’ve met someone who is an equal of sorts, someone who understands them and can connect and push them too. Especially Charles, he’s fascinated with Erik and his potential. For Erik, Charles is the first person he’s trusted to really tell about his past and the first person to understand the horrible things he’s been through. 

Mcfassy is proving to be adorable, they’re so comfortable in each others space, a hug and a ‘settle petal’ ♥ Och I’m in LOVE ♥ My god awful lifelong crush on McAvoy doesn’t help this at all, yes I even fancied him when he played Mr. Tumnus, and wished this Lucy could have met him too, shut up *laughs*

I am working on a X-men fic recs list. But, I have to show this instead Eric and Charles bromance in the comics part by ishtar79  I was scanning my comics to do this myself, but thank goodness for this as it’s awesome-er than anything I could do. Seriously this ship is too easy and i'm getting so nostalgic for my youth reading those comics XD Oh god 90's comic art is hilariously bad, the man boobs XD

I watched the movie last weekend and I really enjoyed it. =) The slashiness was through the roof. And also h/c galore. The end pretty much killed me - this was like a slasher's wet dream. ;D

I'm so glad you did, Rei ♥ The guys just had so much chemistry going for them, that even if I didn't love their complex relationship in the comics I would have fell hard. Oh gosh the H/C is wonderful and the angst, I'm in heaven. I sort of have a soft spot for these friendships gone to pot (yet the love and respect they have is still strong throughout the years)

Ahaha, the prettiness does help XD It's great to have the guys be my age and generation. AND, even better that the actors themselves always seem to be behind the slashiness (well McAvoy any ways;P)Gives me hope that one day well see more gay superheros in the movies, and the comics ♥

Now we know why his hairs so curly, it's all the fiddling. The other interviews they have are adorable, they're pretty much on top of one another, and read one another so well. I love it when you know the actors just have fun together ♥

He's wonderful, he's got Tom Hardy's ability to play such tortured characters with heart. Atonement will forever break me for what happens to Robbie, I came out of the cinema sobbing.(such a beautiful film and gosh YES those yes, is he human?)

I agree! I loved even his smaller roles, in Penelope and Becoming Jane! He's so good at conveying so much in just one look. I was mesmerized! I cried so hard while watching Atonement, I haven't yet managed to rewatch it (my DVD is still in its shrinkwrap).

I think i'm comparing myself to other too much again, some people art just makes me want to hide XD

My sister got me to watch Penelope and I was in love, he's so bloody charming without even trying ♥ Atonement was on the telly again on Sunday, I braved a second watch and again the tears came. The whole Dunkirk scene is just mesmerizing and so, so sad. knowing the history of Dunkirk makes it all the more poignant.

I finally got to see your pictures, they wouldn't load for me yesterday (felt bad for not commenting, but I wanted to see them before i said anything) and man your trip sounds amazing, THOSE WAFFLES ♥ I'm glad you went to the museums hun, remind me I need to get my bum down to London while the weathers hot. i have never ever been to Avon, how much do I suck? lol
