loobeeDay 04 – Your favorite Doctor
Ahaha bet you thought my favourite was David, John, Peter or Tom (who I do love) but it’s Patrick Troughton, this is the guy who made Doctor Who what it is today so many years later.
Colin Baker said once that if William Hartnell had regenerated into someone with less acting ability than Patrick Troughton, Doctor Who would have died then and he and all the other doctors would have been out of a job.
Patrick made an excellent contribution to Doctor Who. He’s one of the few Doctors who absolutely loved playing the role, Frazer ( who played his companion Jamie) said if he was still around today they’d probably still play them together in some way or another XD He was everything the first Doctor wasn’t, scruffy, child like, panicky but damn sneaky, charming, and always ahead of his enemies. Look at how Matt Smith plays now and you basically have Pat XD So sad that the BBC destroyed most of his episodes in the 60’s because I’m sure if there were more episodes he’d be everyone favourite too <3
Also he had the best companions bar none, Jamie and Zoe XD

And because I mentioned them here’s a picture of the brilliance that is Doctors number Three and Two (love them because they snipe and bitch so much at one another in the ‘Two Doctors’ but John and Patrick were firm friends) The fabulously scarfed number Four, Tom Baker, number Five Peter Davison and of course Doctor number Ten the lovely David Tennant ♥
