Dr. Zoidberg is that you?

Finally got round to watching District 9 and I thought it was fantastic fun. It’s one of those good Sci-fi films in that it used the fantastical to tell a very human story, in this case our own greed in our willingness to kill one another for weaponry and power and our fear of the unknown. The lead wasn’t a very sympathetic one and that really works well with the tale of the aliens plight. I won’t go into it much but will say it’s worth watching and even I was on the edge of my seat at the end.

Also can’t wait for Moon to come out here as it looks really interesting and stunning to look at.

I'm not a big fan of sci-fi, though I may enjoy a film now and then and the trailer for District 9 made me curious.

And Zoidberg <3 dunno what has to do with the movie, but whatever :P

I think even if sci-fi isn't your thing it's a lot of fun to watch especially if you like action movies because it's just that and maybe a little bit of gross out horror added for good measure 0_0"

Blame my friends for that one, they were joking that the aliens look a bit like Dr Zoidberg as they both share mouth tentacles and love of looking for food in garbage bins LOL

Probably says everything about our society that even the internet culture has snuck onto scientific instruments of the future XD

It's a tad creepy having that smiling at you along side such an emotionless voice.
