okay, normally I almost never include ticky boxes in a poll because if you do, and YOU MAKE ALL THE OPTIONS AMAZING, people will inevitably tick them all and you'll be no closer to making a decision as to one choice over another. Understand, Lucy, I hate it when this happens. As a librarian, I feel it is poor information gathering. It is a failure of a poll, and people who tick everything should hang their hands in embarrassment.
